We are tentatively offering our spunky knabstupper mare for sale. We believe that she needs a stable with one, dedicated handler than can give this young, talented filly the time and dedication she deserves. She would excel as a three-day-event horse with the right amount of patient, firm training. She is NOT a horse for an inexperienced handler. Strong willed, flighty, and a tad explosive she will be a handful - so please take this into account if you are considering trying for her.
Please COMMENT here if you are interested in purchasing her. Please explain why you would like to add Diva into your stable and what your plans for her would be. I will note you if we think you would possibly be a good match. Payment is private treaty and negotiable - both art and/or points, buyer suggested.
She will stay for sale until further notice.
Thank you for your interest, Double M Acres
MM Just A Flirt Breed: Knabstrupper Sex: Mare Age: 5yos Training: Started over fences, heavy basic dressage. Free jumped 4' with ease, rode up to 3'6" She is #H-E-W-A Finest Blood status - non yet registered however
Wow! I hope she's still available because I would love to have her! Ill probably use her for 3de and, like almost all of my horses, for halter! Her design is stunning and I love her personality(I know a horse in rl who's exactly like her!) I think she would become best friends with Royal Air Force because of almost the same characters!
Sia lee Wong, my 3de rider, will probably ride her! He's a very sweet and shy but expirienced rider. Also, where not a very famous stable, but were not al about the winning and training to be a champion, we try to give our horses a loving and warm home!
I saw that this beautiful mare was up for sale and I am hoping that I may be able to bring her to MRS
Why I think I should get her: Honestly, i just love her. She has a simple, yet beautiful design and a spunky personality that would fit well into my stable. I am just starting to get back into the swing of things with my horses, and so far I only have DA-breeds and would just LOOOVE to get a knabby <3 I feel that she would do great in my stable as an eventing and free-jumping mare and possibly do some Halter. She would be very loved and cared for here.
What I would do with her: I would continue her training in Free/ridden jumping as well as further her dressage skills to become an accomplished Eventer. I would love to add her to the Show team that I am building among my horses. She would probably start out in the Misc. Group doing free jumping and Halter and some show jumping. Then she would move to the eventing team as she and her rider learn the lovely disciplines together.
I plan her rider to be Ally Delmare. Ally is a strong willed rider who has been riding for 10 years, though mostly in pleasure and western. While coming to the stable she learned the skills needed for riding english and has excelled in schooling shows with our Nordanners and would love a horse to call her own and keep up with her own spunk and ambition. Sarah, the stable owner, believes that these two would be a great match. Spunk for spunk, determination and focus to balance out the strong will and flighty handful. We believe that Ally will be able to handle this young Flirt.
Thank you for your time and consideration. If you do think that i may be a good potential buyer, I will happily type up a bit more of what I plan to do with her exactly
Well, I don't feel like I'm any more qualified to own this mare than anyone else trying for her, but I can tell you I would do all I can do to continue her showing career. We have several skilled riders and we are not afraid to take on a challenge. Recently we have brought on a ton more staff to accommodate the growing demand. Admittedly, we do not have a huge name yet in the Warmblood industry, although we do have an Olympic Qualifier who will be entering this year, and several other stock who will soon join her ranks. We have just made a successful stamp in the Arabian industry with a huge win at the AHA annual show that brought us home two grand champions AND two reserve champions. We have an extensive show folder with a lot of winners; even those who don't have that hot of a showing career are not casted to the side. They continue to show and preform. Our stock is only bred and selected to the best. We are not a breeding mill, and most of our horses stay forever at the Chronicles of a Hero. Rarely (in fact none to this date) do we sell a horse or rehome a horse that we have already purchased from another farm. So you can rest assured that mare would be properly handled in a forever home.
On a personal note, in honor of my mother, I am bringing in and raising more appaloosas and knabstrups as these spotted ponies were always her favorite.
I'd love to have this mare. I;ve loved her since day one ^^. Diva would be a great addition to our Knabstrupper program. Recently we've had to retire a few of our horses and we need new blood. She'd be perfect for filling in for those retired. She'd do awesome for an eventer. For a rider, she'd do well with Emile Bellenger, our mid-twenties French rider. Emile has a strict, firm hand, that could keep the young mare in check.
Ooh, I've been loving this mare since forever, and I'd love to add her to my little stable. I have considered making a Knabstrup mare myself, but I'd love to give this feisty mare a spot instead and I think she'd fit in perfectly with my other mares. (One's a sweetheart, and two others are normally stubborn)
